SpotLite Recruiting, an executive recruiting firm specializing in both executive and diversity recruitment, approached me with a comprehensive request to design a logo, website, branding assets, and marketing materials, including business cards and a digital brochure. My goal was to create a cohesive brand identity that not only captured the firm’s expertise and differentiation but also reflected its commitment to diversity and excellence in talent acquisition.
Branding Assets
To begin, I developed a logo that symbolized the firm’s core strength—identifying and spotlighting top-tier candidates.
In addition to the logo, I created a set of branding assets that highlighted SpotLite's unique selling points. One asset emphasized their expertise in finding the right candidates, while another conveyed their dedication to sourcing talent from a diverse pool, reinforcing their focus on inclusion. These elements were carried through the website design and marketing materials, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence that resonated with both clients and candidates.
